The resort has reserved a block of Lodge Village Guestrooms for the ODA at a discounted rate of $199/night plus tax.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in will be made available on a first come, first serve basis. Rooms are guaranteed for check-in no later than 6 pm.
Check out is 11 am. You may request a late check out at the front desk, but please note it may impose a half day charge.
Cancellations
The resort asks that all cancellations are made at least 21 days prior to arrival. Guests that cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival may have the entire length of stay collected as cancellation.
Resort Fee
There is a daily Resort Fee of 18% which includes wireless internet, access to The Spa at Sunriver Resort, complimentary access to The Cove, access to Resort swimming pools and hot tubs, access to Meadows, Woodlands and Crosswater golf courses, intra-Resort transportation, self-parking and in-room bottled water.

There is a special ODA rate available on a first come, first serve basis of $199/night plus tax until September 2nd, 2026. For reservations, please follow the instructions below:
Call In
Attendees can make their reservations directly through Sunriver Resort Reservations at 855-420-8206. To receive the contracted group rate, guests must identify themselves as attendees of the Oregon Dental Association 2026 Regional Event. Please note that any rooms remaining unreserved after the reservation deadline will be released from the group block and will no longer be held.
Book Online
Sunriver Resort also offers online booking for attendees who prefer to make reservations online. Reservations made through the booking link will automatically be associated with Oregon Dental Association 2026 Regional Event and will receive the contracted room rate. Please note that the booking link will no longer work after the reservation deadline date of 9/2/26.
Please note that the rates displayed on the booking page may appear higher than the listed group rate. In accordance with Oregon state requirements, applicable resort fees and taxes must be displayed separately and added to the contracted rate. By selecting "Book Now," guests will be able to view the complete rate breakdown, including resort fees and taxes.
