Registration Rates 2024

Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to registrants to the email address used during the registration process once registration has been completed.

Preregistration Deadline: February 19, 2024

Register by February 19, 2024 to receive a tuition discount.

Email/Mail/Fax registration closed: March 25, 2024
Registrations will not be accepted by email, mail, or fax after March 25, 2024. After this date, please register online HERE.

Refund, Transfer, & Cancellation Deadline: March, 25, 2024
All refund, transfer, and cancellation requests must be submitted to the ODA via email to odc@oregondental.org and received by March 25, 2024. A $25 handling fee will be charged for all tuition refunds. Registration transfers will be accepted for the same year without penalty. Workshop and additional course fees are non-refundable. Refund requests will not be granted for any reason after 11:59 pm on March 25, 2024.

NOTE FOR STUDENTS AND FACULTY: Complimentary student registrations are for all dental students (hygiene students, assisting students, lab tech students, dental students, predental students, graduate students, and residents). Complimentary CE is given to all students who will be graduating between years 2024–2027. Faculty members must register in a paid category.
