How Do I Find Help in Obtaining Dental Care?
- If you have insurance, contact your dental insurance plan for the names of participating dentists.
- For emergency care and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Open Card: 1-800-723-3638.
- If not currently enrolled, apply for the Oregon Health Plan: 1-800-359-9517 or TTY 1-800-621-5260 (Must meet eligibility criteria).
- Oregon Health Plan Client Hotline (call for problems with eligibility and service): 1-800-273-0557.

Services Provided: Free, one-day community health clinics offering dental care provided by volunteer dental professionals. Dental services may include exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and X-rays, depending on the clinic and available providers. Some clinics also offer medical and other health and community services.
Population Served: Open to community members experiencing barriers to accessing healthcare and dental care. No insurance is required, and services are available regardless of ability to pay.
Hours: Clinics are held on scheduled dates and at various locations throughout Oregon. Services are generally provided on a first-come, first-served basis; no appointments are required.
