The Oregon Dental Association (“ODA”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our web site.

This Privacy Notice explains how the ODA (“we," “us” or “our”) collects information about you through our website and how this information is then used or disclosed. This Privacy Notice does not apply to external websites that are linked through the oregondental.org site or to information we may collect from you or about you in other ways, including through emails you may send to us.

When you join membership, register for events, order products, respond to a survey, fill out an online form, and make requests for information, the ODA collects your information. The types of information collected may include: Name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, etc. You may, however, visit our site without providing this type of information.

What do you use my information for?

We use the information you provide to complete the transaction you have requested; we do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the transaction. Your contact information will be used strictly for ODA, component business, and to offer you exclusive opportunities from our endorsed partners, affiliated entities, and sponsors. We never sell information or share beyond what is disclosed above. All data submitted via online forms is kept strictly confidential, for use by the ODA only.

With your permission through “opt-in” during the event registration process, your contact information may be shared with ODA exhibitors and sponsors.

If you participate in an activity such as attending or speaking at a program or authoring a publication, information such as your name and photo may be shared via oregondental.org or ODA publications.
