The Oregon Dental Conference® (ODC) will comply with all federal, state, and venue requirements. COVID-19 related protocols may be updated or changed at any time. Any updated COVID-19 protocols or information will be shared with registered attendees via email and posted on our website at www.oregondentalconference.org.
Masks are required
All event attendees, vendors, and staff who are age two (2) and up are required to wear masks at the Oregon Convention Center (OCC), covering both the nose and mouth. Mask wearing will be enforced by face covering monitors employed by the OCC. Violation of this policy will result in expulsion from the in-person conference and deactivation of any virtual platform log-in credentials with no tuition or booth refunds issued.
Proof of vaccination or negative test required
In addition, all event attendees, vendors, and staff who are age five (5) and above must provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid test result within 72 hours prior to the first day of the conference (April 7, 2022). Those who are not able to provide proof of vaccination of negative COVID-19 test will not be allowed entry into the ODC. No tuition or booth refunds will be issued.
Please bring your photo ID and one of the following items in order to receive your 2022 Oregon Dental Conference® badge.
- A physical card, printed copy, or digital photo of a CDC-issued vaccination card including the name of the person vaccinated, the type of vaccination provided and the date that the last dose was administered.
- A printed copy or digital photo of negative COVID-19 test result that includes the name of the guest and the date the test was completed.
Names on vaccination cards or negative test results must match the name of attendee’s photo ID.
Showing proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid test that was taken no more than 72 hours of the start of the 2022 ODC onsite at the OCC is required before attendees can receive their conference badge. Badge printing will be available in Pre-Function A during registration hours.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or are sick, please do not attend the in-person ODC. Please contact email@example.com for assistance with transferring your registration to virtual-only participation.
