Gary Schaub, MBA is owner and founder of HELP, a company which appraises and transitions dental and medical practices. He has personally appraised more than 1,600 practices and have been involved in the sale of over 400 practices since 1984. HELP’s services include: practice appraisals, buyer recruitment, practice sales transitions, associate arrangements, associate/buy-ins, and practice mergers. Gary’s background includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering; MBA; over 20 years of health care practice appraisal, sale, and transition experience; member of the Institute of Business Appraisers; Chairman of the national Practice Valuation Study Group; and author of Dental Economics articles and the Medical Economics book Selling or Buying a Medical Practice.
