John Heald, JD is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on the legal concerns of professional health care providers. He assists his clients with practice sales and transitions, office leasing, employment contracts, professional corporations, limited liability companies, and tax and estate planning. He has structured, negotiated and drafted the legal documentation for more than 200 medical and dental practice sales. John earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law (1975), and his B.A., with distinction, from the University of California at Berkeley (1971).
