The Top 10 Stressful Front Office Situations and How to Deal with Them

Excellent front office personnel are the gateway to a successful dental practice. How patients are greeted, how appointments are made, how phone calls are handled and how the schedule is coordinated with staff at the back, are all part of the office person’s daily responsibilities. It’s a huge job jam-packed with stress. Dr. Ben Bernstein, a performance psychologist, will examine the most common stress-producing situations faced by office staff and teach specific tools for keeping performance at an optimal level. This lively, interactive course will help not only the office staff, but everyone else on the dental team to know what really goes on at the front and why office personnel should be much appreciated so that the practice is winning a one.

As a result of this course, attendees will:
  • Learn the relationship of stress and performance
  • Guage their individual stress levels
  • Identify individual stress triggers
  • Use nine core tools to reduce stress and improve performance
