2013 Online CE Verification System:
Did you attend an ODC class and get a completion code, but haven't printed your CE Certificate yet?
Log in to the Online CE Verification System now to enter your course completion codes and print a certificate as proof of attendance. Make sure to retain it for your records. Completion codes were given orally to participants at the conclusion of each scientific session provided by the ODA. They are no longer available. Continuing education credits issued for participation in CE activity may not apply toward license renewal in all states/provinces. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of his/her state/provincial licensing board(s) as well as to self-report his/her continuing education credits earned. Do not submit your CE to the Oregon Board of Dentistry unless audited.

The Oregon Dental Association is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
