Building Better Change:
Mapping The DNA of "Well-Being" Professionals
The new domains of positive and coaching psychology have taught us what it takes to be our best. Professionals can no longer afford to only address cognitive capacitates while ignoring the evidence which demonstrates the connections between sustainable high performance and overall wellness. Using a DNA metaphor, this program will explore five science-based areas of health and well-being. Our relationships are the double-stranded backbone of our practices. Learn to engage and develop the "meaning, strengths, emotions and energy" necessary to build better selves, high performance teams, and co-create patient outcomes.
Learning the underlying theories of evidence based coaching psychology
Learn to lay the foundation for behavioral change
Understand the DNA Model of Well-Being and how to co-create change for yourself and patients.
